Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all companies and or persons or other entities (“you”) that purchase and attend any services organized by Flow! Art & Awareness (“we” or “us”). Please ensure you have read and understand the following:

1. Acceptance of terms and conditions
By completing our booking form or purchasing a service package that we offer, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below (“Terms”) and they will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). You will ensure that you shall comply with these Terms. The Contract is formed when we send you a booking or purchase confirmation.

2. Individual workshops

2.1. The fee for attending a Workshop will be as stated on the booking form for the relevant Workshop. All payments for the booking must be made in full at the time of completing the booking.

2.2. Individual Workshop purchases are refundable with a submitted cancellation request up to 24 hours prior to the start of the Workshop. For any cancellations after this 24 hours deadline, we will charge a $10 cancellation fee. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the start of the Workshop to any other Workshop of similar price for no additional charge. To do this, go to your personal account or email us at marlies@flow2grow.art to make arrangements.
Individual Workshops booked with a Workshop Package are not eligible for a refund. Instead you may cancel and book another workshop at a time that is convenient for you.

2.3. In such circumstances that we need to cancel a Workshop, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount of the booking fee that you have paid to us and we will make very effort to provide you with such refund within 60 days of the date of cancellation.
Individual Workshops booked with a Workshop Package are not eligible for a refund. Instead you may reschedule and book another workshop at a time that is convenient for you.

3. Workshop Packages
​
3.1. When purchasing a Workshop Package you will be required to make the payment in full at the time of completing your purchase.

3.2 Individual Workshops booked with a Workshop Package are not eligible for a cancellation refund. Instead you may cancel and book another Workshop at a time that is convenient for you.

3.3. Our Workshop Package is valid for 6 months. If no or insufficient sessions are offered in this time frame, you may contact us for a refund the remaining value of your Package, or to extend the term of validity.
3.4. You may cancel your Workshop Package at any time. If you choose to do so, your 20% discount will be cancelled and you will be charged the full price of for the workshops you've already attended. We will refund you the balance remaining after this price adjustment.

4. Private Sessions
​
4.1. Payments for Private Sessions, are to be made in full after your event request has been accepted and within a minimum of 5 days before the start of the Session.

4.2. Private Sessions are refundable with a submitted cancellation request up to 48 hours prior to the start of the Session. For any cancellations after this 48 hours deadline, we will charge a $25 cancellation fee. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your Private Session for no additional charge. To do this, contact us at marlies@flow2grow.art to make arrangements.

4.3. In such circumstances that we need to cancel a Private Session, we will provide you with the option to reschedule or request a full refund of the amount of the booking fee that you have paid to us and we will make very effort to provide you with such refund within 60 days of the date of cancellation.

5. Postponement or change of venue
​
There may be circumstances in which we need to postpone a Workshop or change the venue at which the Workshop is to be held. In any such case, we shall advise you of this change as soon as we possibly can. For any Individual Workshop or a Private Session, you will be free to cancel your booking if you are unable to attend due to these changes and we will provide you with a full refund. Workshops that were booked using our 4 Workshop Package will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, you will keep the value of the postponed or changed Workshop to book any other workshop that we offer.
6. Payment Processing

Payments are accepted via Wix Payments. By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you consent to us passing your necessary details to Wix Payments in order to process your payment.

7. Liability and Disclaimer
​
7.1. The services provided by Flow! Art & Awareness are designed for personal and spiritual growth and are not intended to treat any mental or physical health conditions. Our teachers are not licensed therapists or psychologists. If you believe you need assistance with any health related issues, please consult a healthcare provider. Flow! Art & Awareness will not be held responsible for any negative health claims issued in response to engagement in our services.
7.2. Flow! Art & Awareness does not make any guarantees about the results of the provided services. Please be aware that any results depend on personal efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond our knowledge and control. Therefore, Flow! Art & Awareness can not take any responsibility for the results of personal actions, and any harm or damage that is suffered as a result of the engagement in our services.

7.3. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are participating and using provided equipment and materials at your own risk. Flow! Art & Awareness will not be held responsible for any harm or damage that is suffered as a result of the engagement in our services.

In relation to any cancellation, postponement or change of venue, our sole liability shall be limited to the price paid by you for that specific workshop.

8. Code of Conduct
​
8.1. All workshop attendees are required to treat fellow participants and instructors with respect. If your behavior is likely to cause any harm or nuisance to any person present at the workshop, you will be required to leave the workshop and we shall not be liable to refund your booking fee or any other payment.

8.2. You agree to comply at all times with the health and safety policy of the venue. You must comply with all requests from us or the venue with regard to health and safety. Failure to do so will result in a request to leave the workshop and we shall not be liable to refund your booking fee or any other payment.

8.3. You may not bring any equipment or items of a hazardous or dangerous nature to the Workshop.
You shall not cause any damage to any part of the venue (including outside areas, and all inside walls, flooring, fixtures and fittings). You are solely liable for any damage caused by you, to any area of the venue and shall fully reimburse us in relation to any damage caused.

8.4. You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times and we accept no liability for any damage to, loss of or theft of any of your belongings or other items brought to the workshop by you.

9. Promotional materials and workshop materials
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright for any promotional materials and any materials provided at the workshop (including course notes, slides, brochures, articles and case studies) belongs to us and may not be reproduced in any medium without our prior written consent. Such materials are intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced or published in any way for any commercial use.

10. Media consent
By default, you consent to us photographing or filming you while attending our workshop. We reserve the right to use any of the photo or film materials obtained during the workshop on our website, social media and promotional materials. You will be given the option to withdraw this consent at the start of each workshop. You may withdraw your consent by filling out the media consent withdrawal form on our website. You may not photograph or video the workshop without our prior consent.

12. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by, interpreted under, and construed and enforceable in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, U.S.A.
